I’m Ben Rolfe, and I started FlowState to help organisations explain things more simply. With a background in education and visual communication, I saw the same issue appear again and again: excellent content held back by confusing design.
Training teams were spending hours teaching material that could have been understood in minutes if the visuals supported the learning.
FlowState is my way of changing that.
I combine graphic design, instructional insight and a practical understanding of how people learn to create materials that genuinely support teaching. No jargon. No overcomplication. Just clear, modern visuals built to improve understanding.
